ABOUT BCA

The Department of Computer Application envisions imparting skills in software Development and enhance their knowledge in Information Technology. The department aims to develop academically competent and professionally motivated personals with a sense of social responsibility.

The Department aims at providing high quality training to students through various certification courses offered in the span of six semesters thus making them ready for the Industry. It also prepares students with the requisite background to proceed with confidence for higher studies in the form of MCA, MS in computers, MBA, etc, and thus acquire greater competency.

The BCA course syllabus approved by Bangalore University, has been formulated by eminent members of the IT industry. The computer lab is well-equipped with the latest technologies that will enable the students to perform their tasks efficiently.

Eligibility

• PUC II YEAR OR EQUIVALENT EXAM
• JODC or Diploma in Engg. (of three year duration of Govt. of Karnataka) with minimum of 35% of marks in aggregate in all the semesters/years.
