Objective:

To enhance visibility, engagement, and brand awareness across social media platforms for Surana College and all Committees.

Responsibilities:

  • Profile Optimization:
    • Ensure all social media profiles are complete with accurate information, keywords, and consistent branding.
    • Update profile pictures, cover photos, and bio information as necessary.
  • Content Strategy and Creation:
    • Develop a content strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Create and publish high-quality content including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Engagement and Interaction:
    • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions regularly.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and feedback.
    • Encourage user-generated content and showcase testimonials.
  • Hashtag Strategy:
    • Research and use relevant hashtags to extend reach.
    • Develop and promote branded hashtags.
  • Visual Content Optimization:
    • Create visually appealing graphics and videos.
    • Ensure visual content is optimized for each platform.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor social media analytics and track key metrics.
    • Prepare monthly performance reports and submit them to the Principal.

Protocols to Follow:

  • Content Creation and Approval:
    • Establish guidelines and approval processes for content.
    • Get approval from the Principal before publishing content.
  • Crisis Management:
    • Develop protocols for handling negative feedback and crises.
    • Designate responsible personnel for timely responses.
  • Legal and Compliance:
    • Adhere to copyright laws, privacy policies, and platform guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development:
    • Provide training on platform usage, best practices, and crisis management.
    • Encourage continuous learning and skill development.

Protocol to be Followed:

  • Submit a statistical report on activities to the Principal at the end of each semester.
  • Submit the meeting books on the 5th of every month.
