To manage, maintain, and enhance the institution’s IT infrastructure and digital systems, ensuring smooth operation of academic, administrative, and communication platforms with a focus on security, efficiency, and innovation.
Responsibilities
Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, internet connectivity, and networking systems.
Provide technical support to staff, students, and departments for all IT-related issues.
Manage and monitor institutional digital platforms including website, LMS, email systems, and portals.
Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect data and IT assets.
Assist in digitization and automation of administrative and academic processes.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance of IT systems.
Document and track all IT-related issues, solutions, and updates.
