Objective

Foster a disciplined and respectful college environment through proactive and fair enforcement of rules.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update the code of conduct.
  • Implement a transparent grievance redressal mechanism.
  • Conduct workshops on discipline and ethics.

Protocol to be Followed

Code of Conduct:

  1. Review and update the code of conduct annually.
  2. Distribute the updated code to all students and staff.

Grievance Redressal:

  1. Establish an online platform for anonymous reporting of grievances.
  2. Investigate all reported cases within five working days.

Disciplinary Actions:

  1. Form a disciplinary panel for hearings, ensuring representation from faculty and student bodies.
  2. Implement corrective actions fairly and consistently, with a clear communication plan.

Awareness Programs:

  1. Organize monthly workshops on discipline and ethical behavior.
  2. Collaborate with external experts to provide additional insights.

Reporting:

  1. Submit a quarterly report on disciplinary activities and trends to the Principal.
