Objective

Responsibilities

• Organize seminars, workshops, and lectures on Indian legends and their works.
• Plan and propose necessary budget for study centre activities.
• Collaborate with experts and scholars for academic discussions and research.
• Encourage students to engage in research projects related to Indian legends.
• Maintain a library of resources on Indian legends for reference and study.
• Promote the integration of Indian legends into the curriculum.

Things to Consider

• Ensure activities are relevant to the academic interests of students and faculty.
• Promote inclusivity and diversity in the study of Indian legends.
• Coordinate with Magazine and Social Media Optimization committees.

Protocol to be Followed

• The Convenor must use the committee seal on all circulars and documents issued by the committee.
• Announce events and activities well in advance through circulars and online platforms.
• Maintain detailed records of all activities, including participant details, outcomes, and feedback.
• Coordinate with the Timetable Committee to organize events without disrupting regular academic activities.
• Submit the meeting books on the 5th of every month.
• Submit a report after each activity/event.
