Responsibilities

  1. Assess content needs and priorities across departments.
  2. Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive.
  3. Establish guidelines for content review and updates.

Protocols to Follow:

Content Assessment:

  1. Conduct a needs assessment survey at the beginning of each semester.
  2. Prioritize content development based on survey results and departmental feedback.

Content Creation and Review:

  1. Form specialized sub-teams for different content areas.
  2. Implement a double-blind peer review process for all content before approval.

Digital Accessibility:

  1. Ensure all digital content meets accessibility standards.
  2. Conduct quarterly audits to ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines.

Content Archive:

  1. Maintain a digital archive of all developed content with version control.
  2. Ensure all content updates are documented and archived.

Reporting:

  1. Submit a detailed report on content development activities to the Principal and Academic Council at the end of each semester.
