Objective

To enhance the learning experience by integrating industry-relevant skills, interdisciplinary knowledge, and innovative pedagogical approaches into the curriculum at Surana College.

Responsibilities

Program Design and Planning:

  1. Identify areas where curriculum enrichment is required based on industry trends and academic advancements.
  2. Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and alumni to design relevant modules.
  3. Ensure alignment with university regulations and accreditation standards.

Implementation of Enrichment Activities:

  1. Organize workshops, guest lectures, seminars, and industry interactions
  2. Introduce interdisciplinary courses and skill-based training programs.
  3. Encourage students to participate in research projects, internships, and experiential learning activities.

Faculty Development and Training:

  1. Conduct training sessions for faculty on innovative teaching methodologies.
  2. Facilitate collaborations with industry and academia for knowledge exchange.
  3. Provide resources for faculty to integrate enrichment components into their teaching.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  1. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness.
  2. Conduct periodic reviews and feedback sessions with students and faculty.
  3. Modify and update enrichment activities based on assessment outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  1. Involve industry professionals, alumni, and academic experts in curriculum development.
  2. Create mentorship opportunities and networking platforms for students.
  3. Facilitate interdisciplinary collaborations within and outside the institution.

Documentation and Compliance:

  1. Maintain records of all enrichment activities, assessments, and feedback.
  2. Ensure compliance with university and accreditation guidelines.
